Yes. Creating an account and browsing all verified manufacturer profiles is completely free. You only pay when you want to send unlimited RFQs and access full audit reports through a paid subscription.
Can buyers and manufacturers contact each other directly?

Yes — Bumasan allows and encourages direct contact. However, we offer strong financial incentives to transact through the platform: escrow costs just 2% (decreasing with volume), all records are stored here, and your reputation score only grows through on-platform transactions.
What languages is the platform available in?

Bumasan is fully available in English, French, and Turkish. We specifically serve French-speaking buyers — France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec, and Francophone Africa — who are underserved by existing sourcing platforms.
How long does manufacturer verification take?

Company registry verification is automatic and instant. Document review (certifications, factory photos) takes 24–48 hours once materials are uploaded. Your profile appears in search results as soon as basic verification is complete.
What is the minimum order value for escrow?
